The Roasted Chicken

Tender roasted chicken, flavored with our Classic Seasoning is a staple for your weekly meal agenda.

  • Whole Chicken – 1

  • WFC Classic Seasoning – 2.7oz (1/3 pkg, or about 1/2 Cup)

Preheat oven to 425 ⁰F.

Pour Seasonings into a bowl and set aside.

Butcher chicken and place in a single layer on a 1/2 sheet pan.

Season liberally on all sides. If you choose to leave skin on, season under the skin as well.

Bake at 425⁰F for 45 minutes.

Add your favorite Williams Food Company Barbecue Sauce and enjoy!
