Roasted Chicken

  • Whole Chicken – 1

  • WFC Classic Seasoning – 2.7oz (1/3 Pkg)

Preheat oven to 425 ⁰F.

Pour Seasonings into a bowl and set aside.

Butcher chicken and place in a single layer on a 1/2 sheet pan.

Season liberally on all sides.  If you choose to leave skin on, season under the skin as well.

Bake at 425⁰F for 45 minutes.

Add your favorite Williams Food Company Barbecue Sauce and enjoy!


Macaroni and Cheese

  • Radiatore Pasta – 16oz

  • Butter – 8oz (1 Stick)

  • Flour – 1/2 Cup

  • Milk – 4 Cups

  • WFC Macaroni and Cheese Seasoning – 4oz (1/2 Pkg)

  • American Cheese – 4oz

  • Monterey Jack Cheese (Shredded)– 16oz

  • Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) – 8oz

  • Blue Cheese (Crumbled) – 8oz

  • Heavy Cream – 8oz

Boil pasta, drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine all cheeses except American and set aside.

In a large skillet, over medium-low heat, melt butter.  Gradually whisk in flour until combined.

Wisk in half of milk and add seasonings.

Add remaining milk and American cheese.  Whisk until cheese is melted and mixture has thickened to a consistent texture.

Add pasta and mix until coated.

Add remaining cheese and mix until melted.

Add heavy cream and mix until incorporated

Pour mixture into a half sheet pan, or a 13x9 baking dish.

Bake at 425⁰F for 30 minutes and enjoy!

*Add a protein before baking, and your favorite Williams Food Company Barbecue Sauce after baking!
